The lower level consists of a games room or cinema room with a bar, where you have a large projection TV for those game nights. To the left of the games room you will find a large guest bedroom with a walk-in shower, bath and double vanities. You will also find the laundry room, which has a drop hole from the master bedroom above, with state-of-the-art washer and dryers.
